Arvind Peehal founded Anav Energetics in the year 2015. After quitting a cozy corporate job, he took the challenge of moving out of his comfort zone and developing products and solutions for conversion of existing vehicles into electric hybrid. 

With sharp business acumen, agile people leadership, as well as deep technical expertise Arvind has delivered successful products for a decade and a half – most recently for electric vehicles and automotive Li-ion battery packs.

His entrepreneurial experience serves as a rich foundation for high level functioning in uncertain business environments of the startup ecosystem.
